Find a treatment time and exposure that works for you. Start with 60 minutes using the diffuser for a softer light, or remove the diffuser for faster treatment and brighter light exposure. If you prefer using Desklamp at a distance or on the lowest light level, then you'll need to use it for longer.
Desklamp can be switched on all day, offering high-contrast lighting for reading and detailed work.
